XFormer Pilates, answered
What is XFormer Pilates?
XFormer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on the XFormer machine. It uses slow, controlled, resistance-based movement to build strength, stability, and lean muscle — challenging for every level while staying gentle on the joints.
Do you offer mat Pilates?
No — Remix is an XFormer-only studio. Every class at our Boca Raton studio is taught on the XFormer, so you get the full benefit of resistance-based training in each session.
I'm a total beginner. Can I still join?
Absolutely. Our classes are beginner friendly and our instructors guide you through every movement. Most new clients start with the Single Class or our Two Weeks Unlimited intro offer.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just grippy socks (available at the studio) and water. Arrive about ten minutes early so we can set up your XFormer and walk you through the basics.
